Returns are accepted only for products supplied directly by ChipsX.
Any return must be authorized by ChipsX prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Products must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Custom, non-cancellable, or non-returnable (NCNR) items are not eligible for return unless a verified quality issue exists.
Customers should report any issues within 7 days of receiving the products, including:
Wrong part delivered
Damaged or defective items
Quantity discrepancies
Reports must include the order number, product detAIls, and photos (if applicable). ChipsX will review and authorize the return with instructions for shipping.
Returned items are inspected upon receipt to verify:
