Quintauris and SiFive join forces to strengthen RISC-V ecosystem
Quintauris has announced a strategIC partnership with SiFive AImed at accelerating the development of the RISC-V ecosystem.
The collaboration will integrate SiFive’s processor IP into Quintauris’ reference architectures, creating optimised and interoperable solutions for developers working on next-generation Automotive zonal and advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) electronic control units (ECUs).
Under the agreement, both companies will focus on ensuring SiFive’s technology can be efficiently deployed within Quintauris’ frameworks. The move is expected to provide greater flexibility and scalability across the value chain, offering a robust foundation for future designs.
“Partnering with SiFive, one of the most established leaders in the RISC-V ecosystem, aligns perfectly with our mission to enable compatibility and accelerate adoption across industries,” said Pedro Lopez, Market Strategy Officer at Quintauris. “This collaboration strengthens our ecosystem and brings additional value to companies looking to build on trusted, high-performance RISC-V technologies.”
John Ronco, Senior Vice President of Product at SiFive, added, “We are excited to collaborate with Quintauris to deliver on our shared vision of unifying the RISC-V ecosystem through compatible profiles and reference platforms. Our combined efforts will help developers simplify design integration and broaden access to powerful, efficient RISC-V solutions.”
The partnership marks another step in Quintauris’ strategy to foster an open and collaborative RISC-V environment. The company continues to engage with leading IP providers, software vendors, and tool partners to deliver reference architectures that accelerate innovation and reduce time-to-market.
